This training primarily focuses on Hatha Yoga, which lays the foundation for a strong, balanced practice through asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques). From this Hatha base, we build toward the deeper meditative aspects of Raja Yoga, guiding students into a path of mental clarity and inner stillness. Additionally, we integrate Ayurveda throughout, offering a holistic approach that aligns your practice with natural cycles and personal balance. This unique combination supports a well-rounded experience, deepening both physical practice and self-awareness.
Yes! The course is completely self-paced, meaning you can go through the materials at your own speed. You have up to two years from the time of sign-up to complete the training. While the course is online and on-demand, I also offer live monthly Zoom sessions. These are optional, but they’re a great opportunity for live support, Q&A, and for us to connect with each other. You can choose to attend these sessions if you'd like, but they are not required for completing the course. The entire training is designed to fit into your schedule, allowing you to learn and grow at your own pace.
This program is REGISTERED with Yoga Alliance. Upon completing the course material and passing the final exam, you will receive a Certificate that is recognized and honored by Yoga Alliance. Once you receive your certificate, you can submit it to their online portal when you create a login with them. After approval, you will officially be able to become a Registered Yoga Teacher!
You have 2 years (730 days) after purchase date, to access course content.
In this training, you earn a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
This certification is highly respected and will almost certainly guarantee job placement (this is not promised). When a job is asking for certifications or credentials, if you show them you are Yoga Alliance Certified, they will accept it immediately.

You will also receive a REIKI FIRST DEGREE Certification. This is a certificate of completion and is a service that complements yoga both personally and professionally.

Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga that encompasses all human life and the entire universe. Ayurveda addresses all aspects of healing for the entire body and mind.
Yoga, for healing, should be applied according to Ayurvedic guidelines of diagnosis, treatment, and long-term balanced health, if we want to keep yogic healing within the scope of Vedic knowledge.
Ayurveda is combined of the five elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. The elements are the foundation of Ayurveda, these elements come together to make up three doshas—the constitutions of vata, pitta, and kapha.
According to Ayurveda, the doshas control the creation, maintenance, and breakdown of bodily tissue and the elimination of wastes, as well as psychological aspects, such as emotions, compassion, and love. When the doshas are in balance, the body is in balance; when one of the doshas increases due to certain diet and lifestyle habits, imbalance is created. Ayurveda can help restore harmony to areas that have lost balance.

Over the years, I've deepened my practice and expanded my knowledge, and now I feel called to share this transformative experience with others.
